a good teacher should be patient, friendly and strict. remember not to encourage the students by pushing or forcing them. being too friendly may cause students to become lazy and stop working hard. on the other hand, being too strict may frighten the students. so a teacher should avoid going extremes in treating his students. and teachers should encourage the students to think independently and learn to study by themselves. as for the students, they must always respect their teachers. students should be eager to learn and willing to work hard. it's important to listen with attention in class and it's more important to learn to raise questions and work out problems in new ways. in conclusion, a good teacher-student relation-ship can be mutually beneficial. the students gain knowledge eagerly and enjoyably and the teacher gains satisfaction from his job.

接触的多了,总会变得熟悉,熟悉了便不忍分离,分离了不知日后相见如何去面对。连想聊个天都觉得像在尬聊!聊着聊着便没了下文,并且似乎曾经在意的人都不再真实了。在意的久了的人,现在关系竟是这般境况真的让人很难过。

“你们再看看书,我再看看你们。”也许老师在真的离开我们的时候会非常不舍,但是老师是经历的多了的过来人,早就不把这种分别放在心上了,过不了多久他就会给你一种陌生的感觉,不再有熟悉的味道,不再像分别时那般有情不舍,不再是原来的他了。毕竟在他身边走过了那么多人,把每个人都放在心上太累了,也没有必要吧!可是学生只有一路走来的那些老师,连一个老师带的一届学生的人数都达不到,总有那么几个深刻的,却不小心被遗忘了。

“叮铃铃”清脆的上课铃响过,您拿着书本和教具走进了教室,班里闹哄哄的,大家激烈的“谈天说地”,犹如是一个菜市场。你从容地走上讲台,拍了拍桌子,喊了声“安静”,但没有奏效,反而使同学们把兴趣转移到了你身上,继续说说笑笑。你用那利剑般的眼神扫视了一周,我心中隐隐有些发毛,接着就是清脆的几声:“现在已经上课了,上课能说话吗?既然大家喜欢说,那就背《中小学生守则》并抄‘上课铃响,静等老师来上课’20遍。下次再说话,就50遍!”瞬间,全班鸦雀无声,所有人都被你那强大的班主任气场镇住了,整节课,班里没有一句小说话,许多同学连大气也不敢出。我也不断在心里嘀咕:这个新班主任也太严格了吧,这点小事也用得着这么大惩罚。

因为您做事雷厉风行,对待同学们十分严格,所以我们都在背后叫您“涂大大”。您对我们不用批评,只需一个眼神,所有人都会乖乖就范。可是,没想到,如此严厉的您,也有温柔的一面。

暴风骤雨同学情

乌云密布,雷公像发了怒似的一直打雷,天空下起了倾盆大雨。刚放学的我,看着外面的雨,无奈地摇了摇头,又坐回了位置。眼看着同学们陆续地被家长接走后,我的心也慌了,怕最后一个走尴尬,便走出校门,往家里跑。

刚跑到一家店面,在那避完雨刚要再继续走时,后面一个人拍了拍我的肩膀,说:“我刚去我亲戚家借伞,看见你没伞在雨中跑着,我就追着过来了,走吧,我们一起走,反正也顺路。”我一看,是同桌,便点了点头。

走着走着,到了一个分叉路,我们的方向正好相反,这时他说:“伞借你吧,我家离这儿比较近。”我回答说:“那我陪你到你家下再走吧?”他却说:“没事,我走了,拜拜。”说完他便走了。

第二天早上,我把伞还给同桌时,才听别的同学说他感冒了,我内心的感激与愧疚无以言表……

又是一次分语文卷子的时候,语文老师在讲台上念:“x71分……”当老师念到我的名字时,后面接着的是67分。听到以后,我的心情跌到了谷底,呆坐在椅子上。同桌看见了,便帮我上去拿了卷子,还和我说老师在看我,可我那时什么也没听进去。

到了下课的时候,语文老师指着我说:“x同学来一下办公室。”我听了,没多想什么就去了办公室。到了办公室,语文老师先是叫我坐下来,然后语重心长地跟我说:“哭是没有用的,坚强点。要弥补错误,争取下次考好,你要先好好分析考差的原因,下次考前好好复习,我相信你一定会考好的。”我听了,若有所思地点了点头。
