狼来了英语读后感篇1
from "troy",i learn that the war is cruel.
the war was started by agamenon because paris took helen away from greece,it was not just about dignity, but also about ambition of greek leaders to control troy.
the war lasted more than 10 years. people in both of the countries were toubled deeply, their husbands, fathers, sons were soldiers, they had to fight.they would be very sad if someone they cared about died.
at last, greek soldiers came out of the wooden horse ,broke into troy and killed the people there when all of them were asleep.although they won, they were not praised because they were too cruel to be called heroes.
the war is cruel,so we had better love peace.
狼来了英语读后感篇2
recently, i read a great book, childhood, which is written by gorky.
it’s a novel based on the experiences of the author’s tragic childhood, telling the stories about the author between his three to ten years old. aliocha has a bad childhood. his father and mother die in his early ages, so that he has to live with his great-grandparents. his great-grandfather is bad tempered and his uncles hate him very much. great-grandmother is the only person who cherished him. besides, aliocha also feel the pureness, friendship by his playmates.
through this book, we can see a poor, ugly society, but we also can see an adamant, compassionate little who constantly pursuits of good things in life. it’s hard to imagine how he can stick to the faith of life in such bad environment.
as to us, we live in a much better environment; of course we should cherish our happiness and be strong to face difficulties in life.
狼来了英语读后感篇3
the poor is the work of lev, tolstoy, a famous russian writer. at that time, the russian working people were living in extreme poverty under the dark rule of the tsar, but they were kind hearted and noble minded. the text recounts the fisherman and her wife, sana, who care and sympathize with the neighbor simon. after simon's death, the story of her two orphans is adopted, reflecting the pure and simple compassion of the poor and the noble quality of helping others. through the life of the sanna family, the author reflects the miserable life of the poor people during that period and their perfect mind.
the fisherman's family was very poor, and their days were very tight. but when the wife of the fisherman saw his neighbour simon's death, and the sad and moving picture of the two children who were not sensible, he did not hesitate to take them home. after a series of psychological struggles, fishermen and sanna firmly believe that no matter how hard they are, they should bring up these two children.
in this text, the deepest part of the text is: her head is back, the cold, green face shows the death of the quiet, a pale stiff hand that wants to catch what, hanging from the straw. next to the dead mother, two small children were asleep, with curly hair, a round face, old clothes covered with old clothes, a curly body, and two small heads of light yellow hair close together. apparently, when the mother was dying, she put her clothes on them and hugged their little feet with their old scarves. the child's breathing is even and calm, and the sleeping is sweet. from this startling description of the situation, i realized the poverty and misery of countless working people in the tsarist era, and i also realized the great mother's love and the two children who were worried about the death of simon.
what impressed me most is the description of sanna's words: it's heartbeat badly, do not understand why, but i think it should be done. when sana saw that two poor children were not raised by their mother, they would rather starve themselves or let simon's two orphans starve to death, which fully demonstrated the kindhearted nature of sonna. one of the words of the fisherman moved me out: "we have to take them and how to stay with the dead! oh, we, we can always stay up!" this sentence is so firm, although the fisherman thought about his own days, but also insisted on raising the two orphans of simon, showing the quality of the fisherman's help and the courage to respond. although these words are made up of several simple words, they can reflect their good nature.
reading this story, i think we should learn the poor, not greedy, selfish, more contented, more to share with others, and if we can have a noble, kind and compassionate heart, our life is plain but also very happy. on the contrary, if selfishness and greed are the same as stupid rich people.
狼来了英语读后感篇4
notice: this was the companion piece of the adventures of tom sawyer, and also the continuation.
although it could be said that this book was the continuation, still, it started a whole new story of huck.
basic information:
huck: a real friend of tom sawyer
jim: a nigger (forgive me, though the word was offensive, it was the word which went through the whole book) who felt discontent of the widow, and ran away to seek freedom.
the king: a swindler who claimed to be a king, and went along with huck and jim to cheat money.
the duke: also a cheater, who went alongside with the king.
mr. and mrs. phelps: tom sawyer’s relatives.
while huck was being raised by the widow, miss watson, he found his father sitting in his room, and he was being brought away. there, the true adventures began…
while huck’s father left huck for three days, he ran away, and got to the island of jacksonville, which he was familiar to. however, the second night, he met jim! while he found out, jim was sound asleep. jim was being shocked to death when he found out that huck was there too (you know, jim was also a run-away, so he was also scared that someone would find him). then they were together, and got elsewhere.
they slept at day, and took actions at night. one day, they evidently met the king and the duke. actually, i have been foolish enough to believe that they were actually a king and a duke! to tell the truth, they were just a couple of cheaters. but then, they went along with huck and jim, and while they claimed that they were the royals, they were being treated in a good way (which i hated).
on the way, the king and the duke cheated a pretty lot of money. i could say that they nearly gained a thousand dollars. then they pretended to be the brothers in a family who had a large amount of money. however, they were being discovered, and they ran away as soon as they could.
while the days went by, huck was beginning to show detesting in the duke and the king, and he ran away from them when he sought a chance. however, he found out that jim was gone! soon, the two caught up, and the duke told him where to go. and this was the last time ever that huck should see these two fellows.
what was the most amusing thing was that, in the end, he met tom again in tom’s uncle’s house! mr. and mrs. phelps were waiting for tom for a very long time, and when they found a boy standing over their (huck, of course), they were so overexcited that they thought huck was tom! huck found himself in a real depressed situation: if tom came, how was he ever going to explain it all? he decided to go looking for tom.
when tom found out that huck was in front of him, he was surprised that huck was still alive (because when huck was lost, all of the people in town thought that huck was already killed)! tom was naturally a smart boy, and he came up with a way. he made himself sid, the brother of tom, and was also greeted by the phelps.
of course, jim was locked up, and tom promised huck to save him. they let jim do a lot of things, such as taking a rattlesnake as a pet, and also watering a tiny plant with his tears (trust me, i never had no idea what it was about). finally when, they made all of the efforts to save jim, they found that in miss watson (she was jim’s hostess)’s will, she already set free to jim!
狼来了英语读后感篇5
when i first read "gone with the wind", i saw that some of the passages that were not so attractive at the time had been around. i remember only scarlett's strength and her sentence: tomorrowisanotherday.
when i first read "gone with the wind", i did not know scarlett, and thought she was a very annoying and very young lady, but i was very proud to have the beauty of her country. after reading it, i felt more and more that i was disgusted with scarlett, perhaps only because of jealousy. she was jealous of her beauty, jealous of her beauty, and envious of her superior birth. at that time i realized that i was a very ordinary citizen, how narrow the mind is, how much to shame oneself. only to see scarlett's glamour, she did not notice scarlett's strength and bravery during the civil war, and did not notice that scarlett was only seventeen years old. what were we doing when we were seventeen? what is scarlett doing?
